It is an electric 60cm single oven with combi steam cooking. It can be used as a traditional oven, as a steam oven, or with combination steam functions such as steam with circulaire, fan and traditional elements. There are 12 cooking functions, including static, fan assisted, circulaire, turbo, ECO, large grill, base and pizza functions, plus dedicated Air-Fry, BBQ, stone cooking, proving, defrost and Sabbath functions.

Pyrolytic cleaning cycles can be selected as necessary to automatically clean the oven interior. During pyrolysis, the door is locked for safety. The easy clean enamel with antacid lining also reduces grease adherence, making routine cleaning easier. Inner door glass is removable and the all glass inner door provides a flat surface that is simple to wipe.

The oven has a 72 l capacity, with a net volume of 68 litres of usable space. The cavity offers 5 different cooking levels and usable internal dimensions of 353x470x401 mm, providing flexibility for various dish sizes and multiple trays.

Steam is supplied via a manual water loading system using a drawer and included funnel. The tank capacity is 0,8 l and can be loaded in less than 40 seconds. Functions include tank cleaning, water input, water outlet and descaling. Steam range is adjustable between 20 % and 40 % depending on the selected programme.

Safety features include a controls lock/child lock to prevent accidental programme changes, door lock during pyrolysis, heating suspension when the door is opened, tangential air cooling with double cooling duct and a cool, quadruple glazed door that helps keep the outer surface below 50 °C. These features help protect users and surrounding furniture.

Included accessories are one chrome shelf, one enamelled tray (20 mm), one enamelled deep tray (50 mm), one grill mesh and a single point temperature probe. Additional compatible accessories, such as Airfry racks and trays, BBQ plate, telescopic guides, pizza shovel and stones, are available separately.
