This model supports combi steam cooking, meaning it can be used as a traditional electric oven, a steam oven, or with combination steam. Traditional modes include static, fan assisted, Circulaire, turbo, ECO, large grill, base and pizza, while steam modes combine steam with fan, Circulaire, grill and turbo settings.

Pyrolytic cleaning cycles can be selected when needed to automatically clean the oven interior. During these cycles, the oven heats to a very high temperature to reduce food residues to ash, which can then be wiped away. The door locks during pyrolysis for safety, and the cool door plus tangential cooling help maintain safe external temperatures.

The oven has a 72 l capacity with a net cavity volume of 68 litres. Inside, there are 5 different cooking levels, allowing flexible placement of trays and shelves for various dishes.

Water is loaded manually into a drawer, using a special funnel included. The manual water loading system allows the tank to be filled in less than 40 seconds. The tank capacity is 0,8 l, and the oven provides tank cleaning, water inlet and water outlet functions, plus a descaling function when needed.

Safety features include a child lock to prevent accidental programme changes, a cool door with quadruple glazing, tangential air cooling, door lock during pyrolysis, heating suspension when the door is opened and an air cooling system to keep external surfaces at safe temperatures.

The Air-Fry function is dedicated to the AIRFRY air fryer rack and AIRFRY2 air fryer tray, which allow oven cooking with traditional frying-style results but fewer calories and less fat. The BBQ function is dedicated to the double-sided BBQ plate, with a ribbed side for meats and cheeses and a smooth side for fish, seafood and vegetables.
