The TR62P has a gas hob and electric ovens. The hob type is gas, while the cavity heat source is electric, with a thermo-ventilated main oven and a static second oven.

The cooker size is 60x60 cm. The main oven has a net volume of 61 litres (gross 70 l) and the second oven has a net volume of 35 litres (gross 41 l). Usable cavity dimensions are 316x460x412 mm for the main oven and 169x440x443 mm for the second oven.

There are 4 traditional cooking functions: Static, Small grill, Large grill and Base. The main oven also supports Circulaire, using a fan and circular element for ventilated hot air cooking, with benefits including shorter cook times and reduced flavour transfer.

Both cavities use easy clean enamel with a special antacid lining to reduce grease adhesion. The doors feature all glass inner surfaces and removable inner door glass. The tilting grill and telescopic guides further help access for cleaning.

Safety features include gas safety valves with thermocouple, safety thermostats in both ovens, an air cooling system with tangential fan, an isothermic cavity and a cold external door glass during any function to help avoid burns.

Included accessories are a moka stand, chrome shelves with back and side stop, 40 mm deep trays, grill meshes and partial-extraction telescopic guide rails. Optional accessories include AirFry racks and trays, BBQ plates, enamelled and Teflon trays, additional telescopic guides, splashback, height extension kit, pizza shovel, child lock, silicone mould set and a rectangular refractory stone.
