Installation overview

The system is assembled in a defined order, with components numbered through the sequence. The waste, pipework and control elements are connected according to the illustrated steps. There are marked examples of correct and incorrect routing, including for double-bowl sinks, to help ensure the pipework is arranged properly.

Certain connections must be tightened using an 8 mm tool within the torque range of 1,5–4 Nm, while a separate part is limited to a maximum of 0,5 Nm. A minimum 15 mm value is indicated at the sink, which should be observed during installation.

Operation

The InFino® waste includes a control for opening and closing the drain. The operating direction is clearly marked with 'open' and 'close'. The strainer can be removed and reinserted as part of normal use and cleaning.

Cleaning and care

• A warning symbol highlights chlorine (Cl), indicating that chlorine-based agents should be avoided.
• The strainer and accessible parts of the waste can be removed for cleaning, then reassembled following the indicated sequence.
• An illustration shows that placing components in a dishwasher is not permitted.
