The oven offers hot air plus, hot air eco, top + bottom heat, top heat, bottom heat, hot air + bottom heat, moist baking, grill + circulated air, grill and a baking stone function, covering a wide range of cooking methods from everyday baking to grilling and stone-based baking.

The pyrolytic system heats the oven so that food residues are reduced to ash, which can then be wiped away. Odour development is minimised by the heated air cleaning catalyser. The enamelled, pyrolysis-safe side shelf supports and seamless cooking compartment are designed to withstand this cleaning process and make it more effective.

Safety is supported by a child lock, an electronic door lock to prevent unintentional opening, safety shut-off, a thermally insulated door with quintuple glazing and cooled housing with temperature protection. These features help prevent accidental operation and reduce the risk of burns.

Selected Gaggenau Home Connect digital services are available, including remote control and monitoring of the oven, software updates and the option for door opening via a voice assistant.

Included accessories are 1 x baking tray, 1 x grill tray and 1 x wire rack. Optional accessories include BA026116 baking tray for 60 cm oven, BA026117 grill tray for 60 cm oven, BA036106 wire rack for 60 cm oven, BA046118 glass tray 60 cm, BA056134 baking stone for 60 cm pyro oven and BS020003 pizza paddle.

The oven can be installed underneath cooktops provided there is at least 15 mm between the underside of the cooktop and the top edge of the oven housing. The specific planning notes for the cooktop, particularly regarding ventilation and gas or electric connection, must also be observed.
