The oven is designed as a 60 x 60 cm model and belongs to the Gaggenau Minimalistic series. It has a left-hand, side-opening, cushioned door with an opening angle of approximately 110° in the delivery status, which can be reduced to approximately 92° if required.

The appliance provides 10 heating methods from 50 °C to 300 °C: Hot air plus, Hot air eco, Top + bottom heat, Top heat, Bottom heat, Hot air + bottom heat, Moist baking, Grill + circulated air, Grill and a baking stone function.

The oven uses a pyrolytic cleaning system that burns off residues at high temperature. Odour development is minimised by a heated catalyser. The side shelf supports are enamelled and pyrolysis-safe, and the cooking compartment is seamless and free from obstructive elements to facilitate cleaning.

Supplied accessories are 1 baking tray, 1 grill tray and 1 wire rack. Optional accessories include BA026116 baking tray for 60 cm oven, BA026117 grill tray for 60 cm oven, BA036106 wire rack for 60 cm oven, BA046118 glass tray 60 cm, BA056134 baking stone for 60 cm pyro oven and BS020003 pizza paddle.

Selected digital services via Gaggenau Home Connect are available, including remote control and monitoring, software updates and door opening via a voice assistant.

The niche should be planned without a back wall and the hinge is not reversible. For corner solutions, the side-opening door and minimum distance to the wall must be observed. When installed under cooktops, a minimum distance of 15 mm between the underside of the cooktop and the top edge of the oven housing is required, and the mains socket must be accessible and outside the built-in niche.
