The GS270100 has a net usable cavity volume of 50 litres, with 3 tray levels for flexible use of the interior space.

The appliance offers hot air with 0%, 30%, 60%, 80% or 100% humidity, grill with circulated air, grill levels 1 and 2 with humidity, sous-vide cooking, low temperature cooking, dough proving, keeping warm, defrosting and regenerating. It also includes 200 automatic programmes with setting recommendations and the option to store up to 30 favourites.

The oven has a hygienic stainless steel interior, automatic cleaning, automatic descaling for the steam generator, a drying programme and automatic cavity drying at the end of the cooking process. All removable parts and accessories, including the strainer filter, are dishwasher-safe. Descaling tablets (Part No. 17002490) are available as a special accessory.

Safety features include a child lock to prevent accidental operation, an electronic door lock to prevent unintentional opening, safety shut-off, a thermally insulated door with triple glazing and a cooled housing with temperature protection.

The required niche size is 442–450 mm (H) x 560–568 mm (W) x 550 mm (D), planned without a back wall. The appliance is intended for front flush installation and no other electrical appliance should be installed above it. Only a cold water connection is needed. The inlet and outlet hoses can be extended once, with the outlet hose limited to a maximum of 5 m and positioned lower than the appliance outlet and not higher than the bottom edge of the appliance. Water and siphon connections must remain accessible and not be located directly behind the appliance.

Supplied accessories are a 3 m outlet hose, 3 m water inlet hose, cleaning cartridge, wire rack, perforated cooking insert and unperforated cooking insert. The oven supports selected digital services, including remote control and monitoring, software updates, cooking time estimation when using the core temperature probe and door opening via voice assistant.
