The main oven has a net cavity volume of 115 litres and a gross volume of 129 litres, with five cooking levels available.

It offers 10 traditional cooking functions, including Static, Fan assisted, Circulaire, Turbo, ECO, Small grill, Large grill, Fan grill (large), Base and Fan assisted base, plus additional functions such as defrosting, proving and Sabbath.

Pyrolytic cleaning cycles can be selected to automatically clean the oven interior by heating it to a high temperature. An Eco pyrolytic function is also available for lighter dirt, with a maximum duration of 1.5 hours.

The induction hob includes automatic pan detection, minimum pan diameter indication, selected zone indicators, residual heat indicators and an overheat protection system that switches off the hob if the control unit overheats.

Supplied accessories include one chrome shelf with back and side stop, one 20 mm deep tray, one 40 mm deep tray, one grill mesh and one partially extractable telescopic guide rail set (partial extraction).

Triple Fan Technology uses three fans and increased motor power to distribute air uniformly in the cavity, allowing food to be cooked evenly on all five levels in a way comparable to professional kitchens.
