14cm High Warming Drawer

A 14cm high warming drawer is the slimmest format in the warming drawer category, designed for installation in a narrow housing cavity — typically in the gap below a built-in oven or in a custom housing unit where a taller drawer is not practical. Despite its compact dimensions, it provides effective food holding at precise temperatures between 30°C and 80°C.

At 14cm internal height, this format is well suited to warming plates, keeping side dishes warm, and holding smaller food items. It is not appropriate for large covered casserole dishes or items requiring significant vertical clearance. Its primary value is in making use of a housing gap that would otherwise be wasted as a storage drawer with no thermal function.
