Can this hood be used in recirculation mode?

Yes. The appliance is suitable for ducted or recirculating operation. For recirculation, a Long–life Clean Air recirculation kit is needed, available as an optional accessory.

What is the maximum extraction rate?

The maximum standard air extraction is 433 m³/h, with a boost position air extraction of 699 m³/h. In recirculation mode with the Long–life Clean Air kit, the intensive speed extraction rate is 556 m³/h.

How loud is the hood during operation?

In exhaust mode, the noise level is 42 dB(A) re1pW at Speed 1, 50 dB(A) re1pW at Speed 2, 57 dB(A) re1pW at Speed 3 and 68 dB(A) re1pW at Intensive 1.

Is the lighting adjustable?

Yes. The hood has 2 x LED 3 W lights with colour temperature 3500 K, Softlight dimmer and dimmer functions for brightness adjustment. The LED light temperature can also be adapted via the Home Connect app.

How are the grease filters cleaned?

The hood uses removable metal grease filters made from washable stainless steel. These filters are dishwasher–safe, and a saturation indicator for the grease filter is available via the Home Connect app.

What are the minimum installation distances above the hob?

The minimum distance above an electric hob is 430 mm, and the minimum distance above a gas hob is 650 mm.

The Series 6 DBB67DP60B is a 60 cm integrated design hood for installation in a wall cupboard, combining a matt carbon black finish with a clear glass black printed panel. It offers powerful extraction up to 699 m³/h, extremely silent operation and efficient BLDC technology.
